1. Stain Ninjas holds public and employer's liability insurance. The work of all our employees is covered for damage and liability.

2.In case of damage caused in the process of cleaning of your property, we will do our best to arrange repair of the item, or replacement, in case repair is not possible. Any claims must be made straight after completion of the cleaning.

3.Our End of Tenancy cleaning service is guaranteed 48 hours after completion of the job. In case any omissions are observed after cleaning, and a claim is made within 48 hours after we have finished the job, then we will come and re clean the omitted areas for free.

4.In reference to the above Stain Ninjas cannot be held responsible for failing inventory check. We advise that a representative of the client is present upon completion of the job in order to inspect the premise and claim any omissions to be corrected on site.

5.Stain Ninjas demands that all valuable or delicate items be previously removed from the site of cleaning. We cannot be held responsible for unattended jewellery, cash, works of art, antiques, or items of sentimental worth.

6.The client is responsible for arranging a free parking space or covering all parking fees for our fully equipped vans.

7.All payments are made by cash or cheque upon completion of the job. Banks Transfer payments are done in advance of the cleaning.

8.Stain Ninjas is not liable to: carpets, which have shrunk after cleaning, due to inadequate positioning or fitting; harmed upholstery in case Instructions for cleaning are not clearly noticeable; not conducting a clean due to lack of electricity or hot water; not completing a clean due to attendance of a third party to the client's property while cleaning is being conducted; a change of colour or wear of fabrics after removal of dirt; missing to remove old/permanent stains which could not be removed by regular carpet and upholstery cleaning techniques; wear off or spillages, which have caused permanent staining that cannot be removed by regular carpet and upholstery cleaning techniques; accidentally damaged items worth more than £250.00 ; any accidental damages induced by our cleaning technicians if the client has a pending balance owed to Stain Ninjas.

9.All clients who decide to book regular cleaning services must sign a contract with Stain Ninjas. Stain Ninjas requires a notification of 14 days prior to commencing the cleaning in case the client decides to terminate the contract. Clients who have terminated their legal agreement with a less that 14 days notification are liable to 50% of the full price of the cleaning.

10. After termination of the legal agreement with Stain Ninjas, the client agrees not to hire any domestic cleaner, who was introduced by Stain Ninjas.

11. Stain Ninjas may be liable to up to £100 for key replacement fees, in case client’s keys are accidentally lost by our employees.

12. Cancellation by the customer

12.1. Dear customers, you may cancel or reschedule your cleaning session by giving us a notice at least 24 hours before the cleaning. If the visit is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the cleaning, the client must pay a cancellation fee of £50.

12.2. The customer agrees to pay penalty tax of £50 if there is no one at home to let our cleaners in; in case there is no water or power available at client’s property; or if there is a problem with customer's keys.

12.3. The provided keys must open the locks without any special efforts and skills. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of the service and a penalty charge of £50.

12.4. If the information provided by the customer for the property size or the cleaning required is incorrect, the customer must agree to pay the revised price for the cleaning. If the client doesn’t agree to the new price, and he/she cancels the service, he/she must pay as a penalty tax the initial price of the booking.
